Here’s what you need to know before you choose our space:
Location: 852A Millwood Road, East York, ON M4G 1W6, Toronto.
Max Capacity: Our maximum capacity in the studio is 30 people at one time, and our two farmhouse tables seat 24 people comfortably. We can also seat up to 30 with a foldout table available for an extra fee.
Parking: Paid parking is available in front of the studio (Green P). 2-hour parking is all around the studio.
Music: We have two speakers: professional Sonos speaker and a Bluetooth speaker. As we are in a residential neighborhood, we do not allow DJs/loud music in our studio, and all music be turned off at 10pm.
Small photo + events people love to hold at our venue: Baby showers, bridal showers, engagement parties, gender reveals, graduation parties, retirement parties, micro-weddings, networking, auctions, paint nights, photoshoots, meetings, potlucks, game nights, literally anything intimate!
We often share promos on our Instagram - so make sure to follow us there!

Book our studio on an hourly basis for $115/hr + HST every single day of the year.
Day Rates/Events
Book our studio for whole day for a discounted rate (-15%)! Reach out to us to discuss!
Subscription
Book our studio on a weekly or monthly basis (-20%), 3-month and 6-month packages available at discounted rates! Reach out to us to discuss!
decor set ups
Are you interested in our table setup service for your photoshoot + small event? We can ensure that the table is elegantly prepared for your arrival!
We offer two options for this service (Gold Set or Rustic Set). Our packages cater to groups of a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 30 guests, priced at $10 + HST per person.
Gold Set
This premium package offers:
-A gold charger
-Pristine white plate
-Gold coloured utensils elegantly wrapped in a white napkin, secured with a golden ring
-Sophisticated wine glass
Each table will showcase:
-A choice of pristine white or lush green linen runner (or both)
-Feaux eucalyptus leaves for that touch of nature
- Trio of pillar candles
Rustic Set
This premium package offers:
-A woven charger
-Pristine white plate
-Gold coloured utensils elegantly wrapped in a white napkin, secured with a golden ring
-Sophisticated wine glass
Each table will showcase:
-A choice of pristine white or lush green linen runner (or both)
-Feaux eucalyptus leaves for that touch of nature
